「梦么 / Monmeu」（下称"本应用"或"我们"）是一款梦境记录、AI 解读与梦友社区应用。我们非常重视你的个人信息与隐私保护。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护你的个人信息，以及你享有的权利。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读。

本政策适用于本应用在 Apple App Store、各安卓应用市场及 monmeu.com 提供的产品与服务。

一、我们收集的信息及用途

我们仅在为你提供功能所必需的范围内收集信息。你可以拒绝提供，但可能无法使用对应功能。

语音信息	使用"按住说话 / 口述成文"时的麦克风录音	仅用于实时转写成文字；转写完成后我们不留存原始音频（详见第三条）
照片	你在设置自定义头像时从相册所选的单张照片	作为你的头像；我们不会读取相册中其他照片
网络与设备信息	IP 地址、设备型号、操作系统版本、App 版本、崩溃与日志信息	IP 仅用于「集体梦流」地图按省 / 国家聚合展示光点（不精确定位到个人）；其余用于安全风控、故障排查与服务优化

我们不收集你的精确地理位置（GPS）、通讯录、通话记录、短信内容，也不进行跨应用广告追踪。

二、App 权限说明

麦克风：仅在你主动使用语音输入 / 口述功能时调用，用于将语音转写为文字。
相册 / 照片：仅在你主动上传自定义头像时调用，仅访问你所选的照片。
网络：用于与服务器同步你的梦境数据与消息。

以上权限均可在系统设置中拒绝或撤回，拒绝仅影响对应功能，不影响其他功能使用。

三、AI 处理与语音转写说明

AI 解梦：当你请求解读时，你的梦境内容与对话会被发送至第三方 AI 大语言模型服务（如 DeepSeek 等）用于生成解读结果。请避免在梦境或对话中填写你不希望被处理的高度敏感信息。
语音转写：语音录音会传输至阿里云智能语音服务转写为文字。音频仅用于本次转写，转写完成后我们不在服务器留存原始音频文件。

四、第三方服务与委托处理

为实现相应功能，我们委托以下服务商处理必要数据，并要求其遵守保密与安全义务：

除上述情形、经你另行同意或法律法规要求外，我们不会向任何第三方共享、转让或公开你的个人信息。

五、信息的存储与保护

存储地点：你的数据存储于我们位于中国境内的阿里云服务器。
传输加密：App 与服务器之间通过 HTTPS / TLS 加密传输；账号密码经加盐哈希存储，不以明文保存。
私密默认：你的梦境默认仅自己可见；只有当你主动设为公开、分享到社区或通过私信发送时，相应内容才会被他人看到。私信仅收发双方可见。
留存期限：在你使用本应用期间保存你的数据；你注销账号后，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化你的个人信息（法律法规另有要求的除外）。

六、你的权利

依据《个人信息保护法》等法律法规，你有权：

查阅、复制你的个人信息；
更正、补充不准确的信息；
删除你的梦境、评论、私信等内容；
注销账号：在 App「我的 → 设置」中申请，注销后我们将删除或匿名化你的个人信息；
撤回你已作出的授权同意；
就个人信息处理进行投诉或举报。

你可通过本政策末尾的联系方式行使上述权利，我们将在法定期限内响应。

七、未成年人保护

本应用主要面向成年人。我们不会在明知的情况下收集 14 周岁以下儿童的个人信息。若你为未成年人，请在监护人同意并陪同下使用；若监护人发现我们在未获同意的情况下收集了未成年人信息，请联系我们删除。

八、本政策的更新

我们可能适时更新本政策。重大变更将通过 App 内通知或显著方式告知。更新后你继续使用本应用，即视为接受修订后的政策。

“Monmeu / 梦么” (the “App”, “we”, or “us”) is a dream-journaling, AI-interpretation, and dream-community application. We take your personal information and privacy seriously. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and the rights you have. Please read it carefully before using the App.

This Policy applies to our products and services offered on the Apple App Store, Android app markets, and monmeu.com.

1. Information We Collect and Why

We collect information only as necessary to provide features to you. You may decline, but the corresponding feature may become unavailable.

We do not collect precise (GPS) location, contacts, call logs, or SMS content, and we do not perform cross-app advertising tracking.

2. App Permissions

Microphone: invoked only when you actively use voice input / dictation, to transcribe speech to text.
Photo Library: invoked only when you upload a custom avatar, accessing only the photo you select.
Network: to sync your dream data and messages with our servers.

You may deny or revoke these permissions in system settings; doing so affects only the related feature.

3. AI Processing & Voice Transcription

AI interpretation: when you request an interpretation, your dream content and chat are sent to a third-party large language model service (e.g. DeepSeek) to generate results. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information you do not wish to be processed.
Voice transcription: recordings are transmitted to Alibaba Cloud Intelligent Speech Service for transcription. Audio is used only for that transcription and is not retained on our servers afterwards.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide features, we entrust the following providers with necessary data under confidentiality and security obligations:

Except as above, with your separate consent, or as required by law, we do not share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to any third party.

5. Storage & Security

Location: your data is stored on our Alibaba Cloud servers located within mainland China.
Encryption: traffic between the App and servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS; passwords are salted and hashed, never stored in plaintext.
Private by default: your dreams are visible only to you unless you make them public, share them to the community, or send them via direct message. DMs are visible only to the two parties.
Retention: we keep your data while you use the App; after you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Your Rights

Under China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and other applicable laws, you may:

access and copy your personal information;
correct or supplement inaccurate information;
delete your dreams, comments, DMs, etc.;
delete your account via “Me → Settings” in the App, after which we delete or anonymize your data;
withdraw consent you previously granted;
file complaints regarding the processing of your personal information.

7. Minors

The App is intended primarily for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you are a minor, please use the App with your guardian’s consent and supervision. Guardians who discover such collection without consent may contact us for deletion.

8. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by prominent means. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
